- Customer Data: Name, phone number, email address, and shipping address provided during checkout.
- Order Data: Order line items, payment method, and transaction reference numbers.
- Merchant Data: Shopify store domain, billing email, and encrypted payment gateway keys.
- OTP Verification Data: Phone numbers used for OTP identity verification via RCS, SMS, and WhatsApp.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information strictly to:
- Process and fulfill orders instantly on merchant Shopify stores.
- Deliver 4-digit OTP verification codes via RCS & SMS to eliminate fake COD orders.
- Provide store performance analytics and wallet balance tracking.
- Respond to merchant support inquiries sent to rivoocheckout@gmail.com or via Contact Page.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell customer or merchant personal data. Data is shared strictly with authorized partners:
- Shopify: Order details are synced directly to the merchant's Shopify store.
- Payment Gateways: Easebuzz, Razorpay, or PayU for executing prepaid payments and advances.
- Messaging Telecom Partners: Phone numbers are passed to authorized messaging gateways (Gupshup / Firebase) solely to deliver security OTP verification codes.
4. Data Protection & Security
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) and secure database access controls to safeguard customer and merchant information. Sensitive payment keys and access tokens are stored encrypted.
