1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the Rivoo app extension or using the Rivoo merchant portal ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rivoo Checkout (GST Savvy Bucket) provides e-commerce acceleration tools including:

• High-converting 1-Click checkout interface for Shopify stores.
• OTP-based COD verification via RCS and SMS.
• Partial COD advance collection and prepaid discount configuration.
• Merchant wallet balance management and real-time transaction reports.
• Integration with payment gateways (Easebuzz, Razorpay, PayU).

3. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants using Rivoo agree to:

• Maintain an active Shopify store and valid credentials.
• Provide accurate store and GST billing details.
• Maintain a positive wallet balance for transparent per-transaction fee deductions (default 0.5%).
• Comply with all applicable e-commerce and consumer protection laws.

4. Pricing & Wallet Billing

Rivoo operates on a transparent pay-per-transaction fee (default 0.5%) automatically deducted from your pre-paid merchant wallet balance. There are no hidden monthly subscription fees. Merchants are responsible for maintaining a positive wallet balance to ensure uninterrupted checkout services.
